Our call center features 7-by-24 dispatch capability enabling our customers to receive timely support once it is requested. We work with each of our customers to develop a service approach that offers flexibility and cost efficiency to maintain "mission critical" business processes.

Ongoing Network Support
To assist our customers in maximizing their network uptime, the following network support is available:

- Network trouble shooting
- Network maintenance and repair
- Onsite network management
- Remote PC support
- Remote network management to the desktop level

Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs)/Repair

Noknet Systems technicians are dispatched to respond to our customers' immediate communications needs, ensuring prompt completion of all work requested. We maintain a customer-specific database allowing us to dispatch highly trained technicians to complete the necessary repair work once onsite.

Onsite Network Management
Noknet Systems develops, documents, implements, and maintains the processes involved with managing a customer's site(s). A dedicated, full-time team of technicians is provided onsite through service contract arrangements. These teams of technicians are certified to provide:

- Customer service support
- Voice, data and video programming
- Moves, adds, and changes (MACs)
- Network maintenance/repair
- Performance monitoring
